The conversation courses we run are designed to help students overcome their nhibitions to speak and are based around the abilities of the class. Our conversation classes target the areas the students wish to be able to communicate efficiently in English and each course is designed to meet the requirements of the company and the students themselves.
In many cases, it is easier for certain people to learn English because English is related to their native language. For example, for people from Europe who are learning English, they find that English is closely related to their languages. German is very close to English. French has influenced English a lot. Plus, English speakers can be found nearby in Great Britain! They can easily travel to practice, and it is very likely that they will meet English speakers in their home countries.
For people who live in different parts of the world and speak languages that are not related to English, English can sound very foreign, confusing and frustrating.
